A short, honest list of how we work — so the first conversation is easier and the last invoice is calmer.
1. We take on a few projects each quarter
We work in small, deep batches — usually three to five projects per quarter. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so and recommend someone we trust.
2. Senior people, every time
You'll work directly with the designer or director leading your project. No account managers, no juniors learning on your dime.
3. We protect the thinking
Every engagement starts with a discovery phase. We won't move into design until the strategy is signed off — it saves everyone time and money.
4. Honest timelines
We don't promise a website in two weeks. A typical brand and site engagement runs 8–14 weeks. We'll be specific in your proposal.
5. Honest pricing
Most engagements start at $14,000 USD. We share full numbers in the first call and never pad estimates with mystery line items.
6. Feedback we love
Specific, written, gathered in one round per phase. We respond better to "this headline feels too cold" than "make it pop."
7. After launch
We offer a 30-day care window on every site, and most clients move into a light monthly retainer afterwards. Either is fine.
8. The work we don't take
We don't take on crypto, gambling, predatory finance, or projects where we're asked to clone another brand's identity. Beyond that, we're open.
