1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of frameplayripple.digital and any services or engagements with our studio. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to them.

2. Services

frameplayripple.digital provides creative direction, brand systems, web design and development, motion and film, and creative strategy. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a signed project proposal.

3. Engagements & payment

Projects begin with a 50% deposit and a countersigned proposal. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Retainer relationships are billed monthly in advance.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, final delivered assets transfer in full to the client. Working files, source code, and unused concepts remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Portfolio rights

We reserve the right to feature delivered work in our portfolio, awards submissions, and case studies, unless an NDA explicitly prohibits this.

6. Revisions & scope

Each phase of work includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds or scope expansions are quoted separately at our standard rate.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant project invoice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, with disputes settled in the courts of the Western Cape.
